Our Approach
While we offer Yoga of various traditions,
most of our classes are Vinyasa based.
This means that most classes have a theme
of moving with oneʼs breath in a meditative
each student is encouraged to rest anytime
and to proceed slowly and build endurance
over time. The essence of Yogashala Yoga
is that each student must do what is perfect
for them, and the teacher is trained to
encourage students to listen to their body.
Yogashala teachers also emphasize
Enlightenment (Samadhi) and Liberation
(Moksha) as the real purpose of Yoga.
